The Gran Filarmonía XTC is a special-edition integrated tube amplifier made by Ars-Sonum, using a push-pull triode topology with 2 × 30 W RMS of Pure Class A output at 8 ohms. It has 300 mV input sensitivity, less than 1% total harmonic distortion at 30 W RMS, a 10 Hz–80 kHz frequency range at −3 dB, and a signal-to-noise ratio above 90 dB, with three line inputs, one volume-controlled monitor output, and one recording output. Its construction includes Mundorf Silver/Gold/Oil coupling capacitors, an ELMA precision rotary input selector, a DACT 24-step volume control, matched resistors with 0.5% tolerance, independent high-voltage power-supply sections, individually selected and paired tubes, a polished stainless-steel chassis, and Ars-Sonum-designed and artisan-manufactured output and power transformers. It measures 440 × 210 × 384 mm and weighs 22 kg, or 25 kg packaged.
