EOS DAC

The Ideon Audio eos DAC is a high-performance DXD/DSD digital-to-analog converter supporting PCM from 44.1 to 384 kHz at up to 32 bits and native DSD up to 8×. It uses an eight-channel HyperStream DAC architecture with quad-current output, a fully balanced direct-coupled analog stage, symmetrical ultra-low-noise power supplies, more than 10 separate regulation stages, and three dedicated femto low-jitter, low-phase-noise clocks. Inputs are provided through three advanced isolated module slots for USB, BNC, and RCA, with proprietary Triple Distillation USB noise reduction, while balanced XLR and RCA outputs offer selectable 2.2 or 4.4 Vrms levels; specifications include over 120 dB SNR, under –110 dB THD, and 132 dB dynamic range.
