The MoFi Electronics Super HeavyWeight is a record weight designed to couple vinyl LPs to a turntable platter. It weighs 367.4 grams and uses a billet-machined 6061 aluminum outer shell with a soft polymer underside. The polymer material is intended to reduce record-groove, motor, and bearing noise without straining the turntable’s motor, bearing, or suspension.
